FAQ & Policies For A Seamless Experience
I believe a harmonious, enjoyable experience begins with clarity and understanding. To ensure our time together is as fulfilling as possible, I’ve outlined answers to common questions and essential guidelines below. Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about booking, etiquette, privacy (for a more detailed version, see my Privacy Policy), and more.
Your privacy and my safety are non-negotiable, which is why screening is mandatory for all new suitors. This process ensures my physical and emotional well-being while maintaining the utmost discretion for you.
I deeply respect your privacy, and any information you provide will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality. It is used solely for verification purposes and securely discarded once the process is complete.
If you’re unable to participate in screening, it’s likely we’re not the right fit. Thank you for understanding and respecting my boundaries.
Upon entry into my incall, or upon my entry into your outcall, all electronics must be put away; this includes phones, laptops, glasses and anything that may be used as a recording device, and will be placed in the bathroom with the door closed until our date is complete. I appreciate your cooperation!
I see our time together as special, and not to be exploited for the world to see. I do not engage in review culture and have a strict No Review Policy (NRP). I host in a cozy and tastefully decorated incall in the south end of Ottawa. Beginning May 1, 2025, I will also have access to a beautiful, upscale incall in the heart of downtown Ottawa. Dates must be 3+ hrs and booked well in advance for this option.
For Toronto lovers, I host in a cute and cozy incall in Etobicoke, as well as a stunning incall in the heart of downtown.
If you prefer to host, I ask that you host at your upscale 4/5 star hotel (as I do not visit private residences).
Hygiene is incredibly important to me, and I pride myself on always being in immaculate condition for you. I kindly ask the same consideration. To ensure we have the most enjoyable time together, please arrive well-groomed, freshly showered, teeth brushed and dressed appropriately for our plans. Additionally, I request that you arrive well-groomed— either trimmed or cleanly shaven (the choice is yours). This ensures we can enjoy an even closer and more intimate time together. For our mutual comfort, I will also ask you to refresh yourself with a shower and mouthwash before our private time together begins.
Please note, I reserve the right to refuse a session (with full payment) if these simple requests are not met.
I appreciate punctuality and discretion, so kindly confirm our details in advance and plan accordingly. Most importantly, come with a relaxed mindset, ready to enjoy our time together. Thoughtful gestures, whether a gift from my wishlist (Throne or YouPay) flowers, or simply your undivided attention, are always appreciated. I can’t wait to see you!
I adore dressing up for you! If I already have it in my closet, no fee is required, I just ask that you inquire respectfully and do not make out of context or very specific requests. I am a woman of many talents, one of which is knowing how to dress for the occasion ;). If you would like me to wear something I don’t already have, it will need to be sponsored. I take payments via Throne or etransfer. Another option is to select something I’ve had my eye on from my wishlist!
A 30% deposit for local, 50% for FMTY/ DMTY/ Tours/ Trips, must be secured before our time together is confirmed. I accept deposits via etransfer (CaterinaFontanaBooking@gmail.com) or Throne. The remainder is due in cash only. Please place it inside an unsealed envelope, gift card, gift bag or book (always a great option as I’m always reading!) and present it within the first few minutes of our encounter. Please don’t make me bring it up, it sets an awkward tone for the remainder of our date 🙂
In certain circumstances, I will accept full payment via one of the two methods mentioned above (Throne or etransfer); however, it’s important that you notify me prior to sending full payment, and that it is made at least 3 days in advance should you choose this option.
Note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, I understand that unexpected situations can arise. I am a reasonable person who wants to make things as stress-free for you as possible; and of course, see you! Thus, in these situations, if you reach out to me promptly, I may be able to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis, and in some instances, your deposit may be applied to a future date. This is dependent on many factors, and is case-by-case dependent. So if you find yourself in this position, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Please note that all bookings require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. I understand that life sometimes gets in the way, and I can work with you in certain case-by-case scenarios (so please communicate; it’s best to be honest as I too, have a life, and things come up). Communication is everything!
Cancellation Policies: If you need to cancel a date, I ask that you please provide more than 48 hours notice. A cancellation made under 48 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked appointment, due at the time of cancellation. A cancellation made under 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the booked appointment, due at the time of cancellation. A cancellation made at any point for a tour/ trip/ FMTY/ DMTY, etc. will incur a 100% fee, due at the time of cancellation. Should you not adhere to these policies, your ability to book again will be withdrawn. If, for any reason, I am the one to cancel our date, I will promptly provide the amount back in full or organize a time with you to reschedule our date.
When you fill out my Booking Form, you are agreeing to finalize your booking request. You are agreeing that you have done your research on me prior to contacting me, and understand all of my policies and business practices and agree to abide by them. This is your responsibility. If I respond to your booking request, there is a mandatory 30-50% deposit (varies on date length and location) you must pay immediately upon submitting your request. If you have hesitations after I have gone through the process of answering and screening you, your booking is considered a cancellation and you are still required to pay the deposit. This policy exists to protect my business against timewasters and those who do not do their research prior to contacting sex workers. Failure to pay will result in you being removed from my contact list permanently.
Under no circumstances are you permitted to photograph or record me using any equipment of any nature. If I find out you did so in any way, I will contact my lawyer.
First impressions are everything! They dictate how the rest of the date will go. Please be on your best behaviour from the beginning of our date until the moment you leave. This includes your initial contact via Booking Form/ email. Please don’t forget to tell me a bit about yourself and how you’d like to spend our time together in the space provided.
Respectful and courteous communication plays a vital role in creating a positive and enjoyable connection. Thoughtful, direct messages not only leave a lasting impression, but also reflect genuine consideration and appreciation. When reaching out, please have your preferred verification method and deposit ready, ensuring payment can be made promptly and smoothly.
I understand nerves can play a part in how well messages via email/ Booking Form can be received. So for my new friends/ lovers, please do not put too much pressure on yourself! Please also specify if there is anything I can do to make our date more comfortable for you (i.e. accommodations).
